Suddenly summer is ending, and it’s gone so fast I kind of just want it to be Christmas already! But this past few weeks everyone has come out of their nooks and crannies and wants to have fun- all of us over-worked hyper busy adults are sheeshing and shirking hypnotic, distracted, doldrums of work / comfort and hanging out, having fun! Eating at Avec last night, I was awed by how that stripped down, brilliant food snaps you right into the present, so delicious it stops you dead in your tracks, saying; hey! hey! this food is growing right now! outside! It’s august 24th, 2013! can you dig it?!?
